The Special ACB Court in Vijayawada has permitted YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) State General Secretary and former Government Whip Chevireddy Bhaskar Reddy to travel to the United States.
The court granted permission on Thursday (July 23, 2026) after hearing a petition filed by Mr. Bhaskar Reddy seeking approval for his overseas visit. Special Judge L. Tejovathi allowed the plea, permitting him to travel to the U.S. between July 27 and August 4.
As part of the conditions, the court asked Mr. Bhaskar Reddy to return to India and appear before it on or before August 7. He has also been asked to surrender his passport before the court immediately after the trip.
