Chennai-based mobility engineering company BlueBinaries has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the automotive testing business of Germany-based software and systems provider MicroNova AG, marking a major step in its global expansion strategy.

Following the acquisition, the carved-out business will operate as a separate entity within the BlueBinaries group under the name NovaBinaries GmbH.
