The Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) is finalising a tentative project list for the ₹1 lakh-crore Urban Challenge Fund (UCF), and weighing multiple financing avenues, including municipal bonds, direct commercial loans, and multilateral funding, GCC Commissioner G.S. Sameeran said.
