Singer-songwriter Charlie Puth, 34, has cashed out on his Montecito home where he married the love of his life, Brooke Sansone. The 5,920-square-foot property was sold off-market for $18.5 million, The Real Deal reported. In nine years since the purchase, Charlie Puth has more than quadrupled his money on the Montecito estate. The deal closed in July but was only recently made public.
