A Victorian magistrate has struck out a drink spiking case against Melbourne socialite Amy Tossoun.
Lawyers for Ms Tossoun appeared in the Mansfield Magistrates' Court on Wednesday after an application to have the matter back before the court was granted.
Magistrate Helen Lambrick struck out a charge of drink spiking and ordered that a diversion plan be put in place for Ms Tossoun in relation to an amphetamine possession charge.
