Cesc Fabregas hails Como players before Champions League debut: “They’re legends forever”

Serie A side Como open their Champions League campaign tomorrow as they lock horns with the competition's regulars in RB Leipzig . Cesc Fabregas has now opened up about his thoughts regarding the occasion.

The lakeside club have started their league season quite well. They are unbeaten so far, winning two and drawing the opening tie against Udinese . They have also beaten Napoli , which is a feather in their cap.

Fabregas spoke to the press ahead of the historic Champions League night. He made it clear that the players of his side are already legends and what they have already achieved is special.

He said – via CM: "I've chosen who will play. From my perspective, we all deserve it and we all have to earn it every day. What the boys did last year is history, they're legends forever."
