CARMEL, Ind., Oct. 05, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Channel Medsystems’ Cerene® Cryotherapy is bringing its Cycles & Seasons Mother-Daughter Brunch to the Indianapolis area on Saturday, October 10, offering local mothers, caregivers, and daughters a free opportunity to learn about periods and body changes together in an open and supportive environment.
The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at COhatch Carmel, 38 W. Main St. in Carmel and is recommended for daughters ages 8-14. The free event will include brunch, creative activities, and interactive, age-appropriate menstrual health education led by Dr. Maram Said, OB/GYN in Carmel .
