The Centre has sanctioned ₹175 crore incentive to Telangana for completing the first milestone in the implementation of AgriStack, a digital platform to bring all stakeholders together to improve agriculture in the country and enable better outcomes and results for the farmers by using data and digital services, said Minister for Agriculture Tummala Nageswara Rao.

This is in addition to ₹424 crore incentive already sanctioned by the Centre to the State for completing the Farmer Registry. As part of the implementation of AgriStack, Telangana has completed the milestone of AgriStack based fertilizer distribution system.
