Central Bank of India launches Bharat Connect for Business

Central Bank of India has launched Bharat Connect for Business, a digital platform for seamless business-to-business (B2B) payments, in partnership with NPCI Bharat BillPay Ltd. (NBBL).
With the launch, Central Bank of India becomes the first public sector bank to offer Bharat Connect for Business, strengthening India’s digital B2B payments ecosystem.
The platform brings invoicing, payments, collections and settlements onto a single digital interface, enabling secure transactions among buyers, sellers and their banks.
The platform was launched at the NPCI Pavilion during Global Fintech Fest 2026 in the presence of Mr. Kalyan Kumar, Managing Director and CEO of Central Bank of India, and Ms. Noopur Chaturvedi, Managing Director and CEO of NBBL.
