Cemiplimab, Fianlimab Boost Chemo in Early Breast Cancer

A phase 2 clinical trial indicates that combining cemiplimab and fianlimab with standard chemotherapy improves pathologic complete response rates in patients with early-stage, HER2-negative breast cancer. The study suggests that PD-1 and LAG-3 inhibition could be a viable treatment strategy for high-risk patients.
