The Canadian star, 58, was performing her 1998 French-language hit Dans un autre monde when her pants got caught on one of her heels, causing her to fall on the stage.

Dion caught herself with one arm and thankfully, did not appear to suffer any major injuries as she immediately got up and continued with the song.
She gave worried fans in the crowd a thumbs-up to signal she was OK.
In 2022, Dion announced she had been diagnosed with stiff person syndrome , a rare neurological condition that causes spasms and muscle rigidity.
