Recently, the 46-year-old Hong Kong actress shared on InstaStories herself driving the 16-year-old to school.
"My heart aches. He had a fever yesterday and has been having the chills. He's suffering but still has to go to school," said Cecilia.
Quintus, who is Cecilia's son with ex-husband Nicholas Tse , was also seen sitting on the front passenger seat, looking visibly weak and unwell.
Cecilia then reminded her son to not tough it out.
