NEW DELHI: The Central Board on Secondary Education (CBSE) on Saturday declared the results for second edition of the class 10th board examinations. According to CBSE, 6,63,777 students appeared for the second board examination, of whom 5,13,955 took the test to improve their scores from the main examination. A total of 3,08,095 students, or 59.95%, improved their performance over the main board exam.The board said the overall pass percentage, after combining the results of the main and second board examinations, stood at 96.78 per cent.Among students who appeared in the compartment category, 1,49,822 took the examination and 78,503 cleared it,…
