NEW DELHI: CBI has filed an FIR and formed a special team to probe the death of Disha Salian, two weeks after Bombay HC ordered it to take over the case. The FIR has been filed under IPC sections covering offences such as gang rape, murder and destruction of evidence, etc.No one has been named as an accused in the case. But the FIR content, based on a complaint by Disha's father Satish Salian, mentions several people, including Aditya Thackeray, Dino Morea and Rhea Chakraborty, saying their roles need to be probed.Disha, who worked as actor Sushant Singh Rajput's manager, was found dead on June 8, 2020, after falling from the 14th floor of a residential building in Mumbai.
