Accra, Sept. 2, GNA – The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has reappointed Carlos Queiroz as head coach of the Black Stars, ushering in another chapter for the senior national team.
The GFA announced on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, that it had reached an agreement with the experienced Portuguese coach to continue leading the national team as it prepares for upcoming international assignments.
Queiroz’s previous tenure culminated in Ghana’s campaign at the recently concluded FIFA World Cup, where the team reached the Round of 32.
