Care Hospitals strengthens stroke, cardiac care

Care Hospitals in Visakhapatnam has inaugurated a new advanced medical facility featuring a Bi-Plane Cath Lab and specialized neuro-units. This expansion aims to provide high-end cardiac and neurological care locally, reducing the need for patients to travel to metropolitan cities.

Visakhapatnam-based Care Hospitals, Arilova, inaugurated the first-of-its-kind Artis zee Bi-Plane Cath Lab, significantly strengthening advanced stroke, cardiac and neuro-interventional care in the region, on Friday.
The technology allows doctors to see blood vessels from two different angles during a procedure and provides advanced 3D and CT-like imaging, helping specialists navigate delicate blood vessels and treatment devices with greater precision.
The facility was inaugurated by MLA Visakhapatnam East Assembly Constituency, Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu, in the presence of Andhra Pradesh TDP president, Palla Srinivasa Rao, and Regional CEO – India II, Aster DM Quality Care Limited, Haresh Trivedi.
Along with the Bi-Plane Cath Lab, CARE Hospitals also inaugurated a Neuro Lab, Stroke Unit and Endoscopic Spine Unit, further expanding specialised neurological, stroke and spine services available in Visakhapatnam.
