Malay Mail KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 24 — For many gamers, Capcom is synonymous with some of Japan's best known video game franchises, including Resident Evil, Street Fighter and Monster Hunter , and is regarded as one of the industry's most influential Japanese publishers.

The company's published games have a following in Malaysia, with its franchises also appearing at gaming events and other related activities in the country.

That interest has also seen Capcom bring its official merchandise closer to local fans through the Capcom Pop-Up Store Malaysia, which has now returned for its third edition.

The latest pop-up will run for more than three months at ACG Base, LaLaport Bukit Bintang City Centre, until December 27.

Unlike the previous editions, which were held for shorter periods in Kuala Lumpur in 2025 and Johor Bahru earlier this year, the current edition is the longest-running Capcom pop-up in Malaysia to date.
