Canadian athletes secured multiple medals at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, including a gold in judo by Laurence Biron. The Canadian men's and women's 4x100-metre relay teams also earned silver medals following a successful appeal for the men's team.

The men's team of Aaron Brown, Jerome Blake, Brendon Rodney and Andre De Grasse were disqualified for a lane violation after finishing their final in 38.11 seconds. But Canada won an appeal and the men had their silver medal reinstated.
Australia won gold in 38.07, while Nigeria (38.12) took gold and bronze, respectively.
De Grasse overtook Nigeria's Udodi Chudi Onwuzurike on the anchor leg at Scotstoun Stadium.
