The Central Arecanut and Cocoa Marketing and Processing Co-operative Ltd. (CAMPCO), which posted ₹47.35 crore profit after tax during 2025-26, will recommend a 14% dividend to its farmer members at the 52nd annual general meeting (AGM) of the cooperative scheduled in Mangaluru on September 12, president S.R. Satishchandra said here on Thursday.

Addressing presspersons, he said that the AGM will decide on the dividend to be given. He said the cooperative recorded a total business turnover of ₹3,735 crore in the last fiscal despite volatility in the arecanut market and challenging conditions in the cocoa sector.

“The performance was supported by sustained procurement and marketing operations, farmer-oriented initiatives, business diversification, digital transformation and investments in infrastructure and value addition,” the president said.
