NEW DELHI: The ministry of external affairs (MEA) on Wednesday summoned Pakistan’s top diplomat in New Delhi and lodged a strong protest over the “unacceptable and unprofessional conduct” of a Pakistani naval ship..The incident took place on the evening of September 15, when a Pakistan Naval Ship came close to a frontline Indian Navy warship on a routine surveillance mission in the North Arabian Sea.
