Saboti MP Caleb Amisi has rejected what he described as attempts by government bloggers to divide the opposition, insisting that the opposition must remain united ahead of the 2027 General Election.
Amisi on Thursday met officials from the Linda Mwananchi movement led by Nyandarua county Chairman.
He said during the meeting they discussed what he termed misinformation targeting the opposition.
“We demystified information propagated by government bloggers that is keen on dividing the opposition,” Amisi said.
The lawmaker said the officials also briefed him on plans for the upcoming Linda Mwananchi rally in Nairobi on Sunday.
However, Amisi said he would not attend the Nairobi event because he will be in Voi as part of the Prime Minister’s party coastal visits.
“I will, however, be in Voi for PM party coastal visits,” he said.
