Dozens of people gathered at Fogarty Park in memory of Savannah Spence Paige on Sunday night.
Ms Spence Paige died when her car was hit on the Smithfield Bypass on Wednesday, August 5 by a ute allegedly stolen from Palm Cove minutes earlier.
The community is calling for more action to make roads safer for everyone.
