Bullying alleged in Wholesale Solutions employment case

A woman's job at Australasia's largest sex toy supplier began to unravel after disagreements with a senior manager over the colour of prosthetic underpants and questions over condom sizing.
The following year, she resigned after a row over a can of Coke taken from the office fridge.
But in the months before she resigned in September 2024, Taslim Parsons said Craig Relph undermined, bullied and name-called her so badly she had no option but to quit her job as a business and product development manager.
"I absolutely loved that job; I was really good at it. I built that brand from the ground up. I dedicated hours to it," she told the Employment Relations Authority this week.
During her time with Wholesale Solutions, its revenue increased from $40,000 to $200,000 a month.
