Bruce Willis built Parrot Cay compound with 3 homes, sold for $27M in 2019

Bruce Willis has completed the sale of his beachfront retreat on Parrot Cay in Turks and Caicos for $27 million. The deal is one of the highest property sales ever recorded in the Caribbean territory. Property records cited by the Los Angeles Times and Architectural Digest say the American actor bought the 7.3-acre site in 2000. Over the next four years, Willis turned the undeveloped land into a private compound with several homes. The property has more than 35,000 square feet of living space and decks.Four years of custom constructionWhen Willis bought the 7.3-acre site in 2000, there was nothing built on it. Architectural Digest reported that the actor spent four years managing the construction of three separate hardwood homes. The houses were built along 1,100 feet of white sand beach. The main home is the center of the compound.
