Brittany Mahomes has always been an animal lover and has always been an important advocate for such causes. KC Pet Project is facing another difficult stretch as an influx of dogs leaves the Kansas City animal shelter with just two open kennels. The shelter recently shared a video showing some of the dogs currently waiting for homes, revealing that 93 dogs have come through its doors in the past five days alone.
