Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday said the Assembly session would be held in September and challenged BRS leaders to bring party president and former Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao to the House. He said he was ready to discuss the development and welfare programmes implemented during both the BRS regime and his government.
Addressing a public meeting at Parkal town, Mr. Reddy said BRS leaders K.T. Rama Rao and T. Harish Rao had been repeatedly demanding that the Assembly be convened. “We are holding the Assembly session in September. Let them come and bring Mr. Chandrashekhar Rao too,” he said.
He said the State needed Mr. Chandrashekhar Rao’s experience and advice as a former Chief Minister and Union Minister.
