Real estate developer Brigade Enterprises has announced its plans to develop a residential project in Coimbatore on 5.4 acres at Saravanampatti.
A press release from the company said the gross development value of this joint development project is estimated to be ₹600 crore.
Pavitra Shankar, Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, said that its entry into Coimbatore is a strategic step in its growth journey across south India, and it will bring its multi-domain development expertise to the Coimbatore market.
