Hear this story MINNEAPOLIS — WWE star Brie Bella suffered a shoulder injury during SummerSlam 2026 and “it seems pretty bad,” WWE chief content officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque said Saturday night.
Bella, the WWE Hall of Famer, was injured in the six-person tag team match with sister Nikki and Paige against Fatal Influence during SummerSlam 2026 night one on Aug. 1.
Though nothing is known definitively at this time, it appears Brie Bella was injured when Jacy Jayne did a dive on her against the steel steps on her right shoulder. Bella was holding it for the rest of the match, and even after the loss, when her and her sister turned on Paige, Bella couldn’t take part in the attack.
