BRICS Summit 2026 in Delhi: Check traffic advisory on airport routes, restricted areas and more
Delhi authorities have issued traffic advisories and security protocols for the upcoming BRICS 2026 Summit, which will be held at Bharat Mandapam from September 12 to 13. Commuters are encouraged to use the Delhi Metro, as certain roads will be restricted for VVIP movement.

The BRICS 2026 Summit will be held from September 12 to 13, 2026, in New Delhi’s Bharat Mandapam with world leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin, set to attend the event in the national capital. The Delhi Traffic Police and the Delhi Police have been issuing traffic advisories for commuters and the public at large to ease their commute and help manage the security arrangements of the dignitaries attending BRICS 2026.
According to a notification by the Delhi Traffic Police, there will be “controlled areas” where the movement of traffic will be restricted and diverted for the Summit from September 11 to 13.
