After being granted a seven-day window by Penrith officials to negotiate with the Chiefs, To’o signed a three-year deal over the weekend to join PNG from their inaugural 2028 season and told his Penrith teammates on Monday morning.
The Samoan flyer’s exit at the end of 2027 is the most significant yet as Penrith seek to solve their ongoing roster puzzle.
