Auckland fried chicken brand Brewd Hawt has opened at Auckland Airport’s domestic terminal, bringing its signature flavours and hospitality to one of New Zealand’s busiest travel hubs.
Founded by Abhishek (Aari) Puri, Brewd Hawt opened in 2022 in Manukau, before expanding in late 2023 with its Vikki Lane location in Auckland’s CBD.
But through a new partnership with Delaware North, one of the largest privately owned and operated hospitality companies in the world, Brewd Hawt is entering new territory.
Puri said the business wasn’t created to be another fast-food brand, but one that built a community.
