Why it matters

Perth’s north-east is about to get a new local, with the Brabham Hotel set to officially open its doors on Tuesday, July 28.
The family-friendly pub will offer something for all ages across its substantial footprint, including a sprawling beer garden with outdoor playground, plus an indoor playroom next to the bistro – so the kids can stay entertained while you sit back and relax with a bevvy.
As well as a dedicated sports bar with big screens to catch all the action, you can also watch the game from the beer garden – or settle in for some live music sessions in the sunshine.
A school holiday program, plus a roster of pop ups and kids events – including weekly Little Legends free kids entertainment every Sunday arvo – will round off the family-friendly offerings.
