Cyberabad Police Commissioner M. Ramesh was presented with a copy of The Uncharted Artery – Heartfulness Compass , authored by senior interventional cardiologist and Heartfulness trainer A. Sharath Reddy, at an event held at Medicover Hospitals, Financial District, on Saturday.
The book, which brings together the author’s experiences in cardiology and meditation, comprises 25 essays examining stress, work pressure, uncertainty and the demands of modern life, while highlighting the importance of mental calm, emotional balance and clarity of thought alongside physical heart health.
