Bondada forms arm to focus on optic infrastructure networks
Bondada Engineering has launched a subsidiary named PhotonicGrid Networks to develop and manage fiber optic and digital infrastructure. The new entity will focus on supporting data centers, AI connectivity, and 5G networks across India.

Bondada Engineering has formed a subsidiary PhotonicGrid Networks with the objective of building, owning, operating and maintaining fibre optic infrastructure networks and allied telecommunications infrastructure in the country.
Multi-route fibre optic cable networks, dark fibre and duct infrastructure, data transmission systems, secured networks for special purposes, data centre interconnectivity, AI data-centre connectivity and other digital infrastructure solutions will form part of the proposed network infrastructure.
Bondada intends to offer the network infrastructure and associated managed services on long-term contracted arrangements to customers including hyperscalers, AI Companies, neocloud operators, data centre operators, telecom service providers and large enterprises, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and commercial arrangements.
