Bondada Engineering has formed a subsidiary PhotonicGrid Networks with the objective of building, owning, operating and maintaining fibre optic infrastructure networks and allied telecommunications infrastructure in the country.

Multi-route fibre optic cable networks, dark fibre and duct infrastructure, data transmission systems, secured networks for special purposes, data centre interconnectivity, AI data-centre connectivity and other digital infrastructure solutions will form part of the proposed network infrastructure.

Bondada intends to offer the network infrastructure and associated managed services on long-term contracted arrangements to customers including hyperscalers, AI Companies, neocloud operators, data centre operators, telecom service providers and large enterprises, subject to applicable regulatory approvals and commercial arrangements.
