Bondada Engineering is acquiring a 75% ownership interest in defence and aerospace technology-focused engineering firm KCS Engineering Solutions.
Announcing that subsidiary Bondada Dynamics (BDPL) has entered into a Business Acquisition Agreement, the parent company on Thursday said the acquisition marks Bondada Group’s entry into the high-growth defence and aerospace sector, reinforcing its commitment to building advanced indigenous technology capabilities. It will strengthen its portfolio beyond renewable energy, telecom infrastructure, EPC and digital infrastructure, the company said.
