Bolton Clarke has unveiled a new, design-led retirement living precinct in Brisbane, in a bid to service the evolving expectations of older Australians and the community.

The New Farm development, known as The Aurelian, will deliver 40 two and three-bedroom independent living apartments on the site of the organisation’s former Treetops home.

Positioned as a boutique retirement living offering, the project will combine independent living with access to wellness amenities and optional in-home support services.

Bolton Clarke chief development and property officer James Mantis said the project responds to an identified need for more flexible, independent living options for locals who are looking to age in place while remaining connected to the area’s lifestyle.
