Bluesky’s AI tool now lets you make games and apps to share on social

Bluesky has expanded its 'Attie' AI tool to allow users to create and share lightweight social apps like games and polls directly on the platform. The feature is being marketed as 'vibe coding,' enabling non-technical users to build simple web-based tools for their communities.
Why it matters
It demonstrates the democratization of software development through generative AI, allowing social media platforms to become hubs for user-generated interactive content.
Bluesky’s Attie AI tool, which initially launched earlier this year as a way to use AI to build your own feeds, now lets you make “small” social apps like games, polls, and dashboards that you can then share with others as their own websites. In an interview at TechCrunch Disrupt, Bluesky CEO Toni Schneider said to think of Attie as “social vibe coding or vibe coding for your community.”
