The comprehensive plan, with an estimated budget of ₹200 crore, was handed over by Minister for Labour, Dairy Development, Animal Husbandry, and Women and Child Development Bindu Krishna, alongside Kollam MP N.K. Premachandran and Kollam Mayor A.K. Hafeez.
