BJP to organise events to mark Prime Minister Modi’s 25 years of public service

The Puducherry unit of Bharatiya Janata Party will be organising around 120 events to mark Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years of public service as part of nationwide celebrations called by the BJP’s central leadership.

Addressing a press conference on Wednesday, BJP local unit president V. P. Ramalingam said various artists would be involved in propagating the service rendered by Mr. Modi, first as Chief Minister of Gujarat and now as the Prime Minister of the country. The programmes titled ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ would be held in all 30 Assembly constituencies of the Union Territory, he said.
