The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) staged a protest near the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) headquarters on Thursday demanding the resignation of Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains over alleged leaks of recruitment examination papers in the poll-bound State. Leading the protest, Delhi BJP chief Harsh Malhotra alleged that there have been six paper leaks under the AAP dispensation over the past four-and-a-half years.
Delhi BJP general secretary Vishnu Mittal said people across the country, especially the youth, have been shocked by AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal’s “initial silence and subsequent attempts to deny” the alleged leaks.
