Bihar CM donates one month’s salary to flood victims

More National Democratic Alliance (NDA) leaders in Bihar came forward to help the flood -affected people by giving their monthly salaries to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. A day after BJP national president Nitin Nabin donated three months’ salary (₹6.35 lakh) , Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Saturday (September 19, 2026) donated one month’s salary to flood victims.

Mr. Choudhary handed over a cheque for ₹2,70,000 to Lokesh Kumar Singh, the Secretary to the Chief Minister . He appealed to the people of the State, as well as the capable sections of society, to donate generously to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund so that maximum assistance can be provided to those affected during times of disaster.
