National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar on Thursday (July 9, 2026), showed its strength in support of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate Abhishek Kumar alias ‘Bunty’ during his nomination for the Bankipur Assembly bypoll when leaders from all alliance partners, including Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary called for the victory.
The other leaders who attended his nomination includes Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary, Rashtriya Lok Morcha (RLM) President Upendra Kushwaha, Janata Dal (United) National Working Sanjay Kumar Jha, Ministers like Vijay Kumar Sinha and Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, and MPs Ravi Shankar Prasad and Sanjay Jaiswal were also present.
A display of NDA’s unity and organisational strength was witnessed at a public meeting held at the Scout and Guide Ground ground in Patna following the nomination of Mr. Bunty.
