Taylor Swift filmed her new music video for “Patient Zero” inside a Brutalist-style mansion in Beverly Hills that sold for $46.95 million in June 2026. Swift directed and stars in the video alongside Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell, which premiered at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards on September 27. The house, at 410 Trousdale Place, was identified by PEOPLE as the setting for the story and is marketed at 18,344 square feet, with five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, retractable glass walls and an infinity-edge pool. The property sold on June 23, several months before the video's premiere. Oakley founder James Jannard was the seller, and The Real Deal reported that he spent roughly seven years constructing the residence after buying the site in 2009.
