Benjamin Satterley, the hard-hitting and high-flying professional wrestler known to fans worldwide simply as Pac, has died, All Elite Wrestling announced Sunday night. He was 40. News of his death came the day after he’d wrestled during AEW’s “All Out” pay-per-view Saturday night at the NOW Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, outside Chicago. A cause of death was not immediately provided. In a statement Tuesday, the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office said Satterley was found in Des Plaines, around 2 miles north of the Chicago O’Hare International Airport. An autopsy was performed Monday, it said, and a cause and manner of death will be determined after additional testing, which could take several weeks. Des Plaines police said in a statement Monday that there were no immediate indications of foul play and that the circumstances surrounding Satterley’s death were not considered suspicious.
