BENGALURU: Chilling CCTV footage of the July 13 stabbing of 22-year-old fourth-year law student Amrutha has surfaced, showing the attack in which she was allegedly stabbed after rejecting a marriage proposal. She battled for more than 48 hours before succumbing to her injuries at a hospital on July 15.The attack took place around 4.30pm in Kodihalli on HAL Road. Police said Amrutha, Dhanush G and his younger brother Surya G were from the same locality.Relationship ended after she learnt about his pastAccording to the preliminary investigation, the two families became acquainted through religious gatherings. Amrutha and Dhanush developed a close friendship, which later turned into a relationship.Police said Amrutha ended the relationship after discovering that Dhanush had previously been married, was divorced and had a child.
