The Magadi Road police in Bengaluru are on the lookout for a gang of four men who allegedly stole a Ganesha idol kept for sale at a roadside stall in Dasarahalli in the early hours of Monday.
The incident occurred around 4 a.m. near Magadi Road, when the suspects allegedly arrived in a goods vehicle, lifted the idol placed outside the temporary stall and fled the spot.
The entire incident was captured on a nearby CCTV camera. The footage reportedly shows the four men arriving in the goods vehicle and carrying away the idol.
