The Ramamurthy Nagar police have arrested a 42-year-old fruit vendor for allegedly sexually harassing a woman who was waiting by the roadside for a cab in Bengaluru .
The accused has been identified as Vijay Raghav (42), a resident of NRI Layout. According to police, he approached the woman on a scooter and allegedly made obscene remarks, sexually harassing her in a public place.
The woman remained composed and immediately recorded the incident on her mobile phone. Realising that both his face and vehicle registration number had been captured on video, the accused fled from the scene.
