Bengaluru court awards life term to two men for murder in which body was never found

In a murder case in which the victim’s body was never recovered, the city civil and sessions court has sentenced two men to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of ₹30,000 each for the alleged abduction and murder of a woman in 2021 over a property dispute.
The deceased, K. Seetha, a resident of Gayatrinagar under the Subramanyanagar police station limits, was allegedly targeted after she refused to cooperate with the sale or transfer of a family property.
