Bengaluru Capgemini creche case: Management claims footage manipulated for blackmail and extortion
The management of a private creche at the Capgemini campus in Bengaluru has alleged that viral footage of child abuse was manipulated by former employees for extortion. While police have arrested two individuals, the management claims the entire incident is a conspiracy against the facility.

The management of The Little Scholars, the private creche on the Capgemini campus accused of child abuse, has alleged that the footage was “manipulated and created for the purpose of financial blackmail and reinstatement of workers into the daycare facility”.
At the same time, the HAL police officials have arrested two accused in this case, including Sujata and Vijaya Laxmi R. But in the press statement, the management has listed four more persons, including centre manager Manjula Kumar Banakar and other staff members, namely Bhavani, Sindhumol O., and Bindu C.N. as accused.
Speaking to The Hindu , a senior police official from HAL police station said, “We have arrested only two persons in this case. Investigation is on and the remaining accused are absconding and yet to be traced.”
