BC leaders meet at Ponnam’s house on unveiling of social reformers’statues
Backward Classes (BC) leaders in Telangana met to finalize dates for unveiling statues of social reformers Mahatma Jyotirao Phule and Savitribai Phule. The meeting also reviewed the effectiveness of state welfare schemes and economic empowerment initiatives.

A meeting of Backward Classes (BC) Ministers, legislators, and senior leaders was held on Saturday at the residence of Transport and BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar in Minister Quarters.
The meeting was attended by Konda Surekha and Vakiti Srihari, along with several BC MLAs and prominent leaders. Government Advisor K. Keshava Rao, senior Congress leader V. Hanumantha Rao, BC Commission Chairman Niranjan, Rajya Sabha MP Anil Kumar Yadav, Government Whips Adi Srinivas and Beerla Ilaiah, and MLAs Makhan Singh Raj Thakur, Naveen Yadav, and E. Shankaraya were among those present.
TPCC chief Mahesh Kumar Goud and MLA Danam Nagender joined the meeting online.
